Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to return items bought from us.


Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Once we receive the items back, we will issue a refund within 14 days.


Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
  • Please include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • For software, licence keys, and digital products: returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, activated, or used, unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these cases we will cover reasonable return postage costs.


Who Pays Return Postage?

  • Change of mind: you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  • Faulty / incorrect item: we will cover the return cost.

High-Value Returns

For hardware over £500, returns must be pre-authorised. We record serial numbers and apply discreet verification checks before shipping. To approve a return we may ask you to provide a photo of the product and its serial number. Returned items must match our records. If the item does not match, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


How to Start a Return

Please email us at [your email address] with your order number and details. We will provide return instructions and, if necessary, a returns authorisation (RMA) number.


Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges (standard rate) will also be refunded if you return your whole order.
